   Steps to process the trial-IFS MO at Post Offices

  1. Obtain the 9 digit unique ICTC code (IFS MO Number) from Divisional office (each office having different 9 digit number. please do not try other office code). The value of trial IFSMO is Rs.1/-
  2. After obtaining the 9 digit code, open eMO Communication then click onFetchUrgentIFSMO  This option available at left-bottom corner of the eMO Communication.
  3. After clicking of Urgent IFSMO, the pop-up window will come then enter the 9 digit code (of your office only)in the text box available in the screen and click on submit button.
  4. Run eMO Communication again. The data of the particular IFSMO will be received.
  5. Go to eMO Module Login as Operator,--> Tools--> Printing of Urgent IFSMO ---> select IFSMO number then click on print
  6. After printing of IFSMO, the Postmaster has put a sign as payee ( in this trial run, the payee Postmaster only) and update the status as "PAID" for this IFSMO in eMO module ( same as eMO) and run eMO Communication again.
  7. The IFSMO value of Rs.1/- in-turn credit in UCR on the particular day only.
  8. In case any problem, Post Office should get in touch with concerned Divisional Office or IFS Help Desk in CEPT, Mysore (0821-2441010)  or  (ifshelpdesk@indiapost.gov.in)
  9. The Post Office should only enter the unique code allotted to it by CEPT, Mysore.   Entering code of any other P.O.  will make the M.O. non payable and will have to be cancelled.
  10. All the PM/SPMs will track the status(same as eMO), after updating the status as "PAID" will be intimate to the Divisional Office through E-Mail compulsory.

 Redirection Facility available for ePOST

NIC has provided an option for Redirection of ePOST Messages. Operators can use this facility for redirecting the ePOST Messages to the correct PO and hence  transmission of Messages through RMS  can be avoided. The option is included under Services Menu in the ePOST website The Step wise Procedure is given below.



1. Login using user credentials.
2. Services> Redirect

3. Operator have to Select the Message Type which have to be redirected
4. Redirection is possible only after taking Print outs of Messages.

5.The date upon which the print out has been taken should be selected and Click on GO Button.

6.The Message id of the Messages will be displayed
7.Select the Corresponding Message ID, which is to be redirected.
8.There is an option for Giving the Receivers Address.
9.You can Skip Sl.No 8 and Click on GET ePOST Centre Option.
10. After that you have to select Region Name, Division name and ePOST Centre name from the Option.
11 The selected PO name and PINCODE will be displayed
12.CLICK ON SUBMIT BUTTON.
13.'Redirection Successful Message will be displayed"
