Promotion of IFS MO : Directorate is sending mock-IFS MOs to all the eMO offices 

This is regarding receipt of IFS M.Os (Dummy) to all the eMO Post Offices.   Directorate is sending  IFS M.Os to all the eMO Post offices in our circle to create awareness among the staff.   It is requested to kindly go through the following instruction before the reach of IFS M.Os in your P.Os :-

1.                   Instant cash, UAE shall generate a unique ICTC  Code (9 digits) for each eMO Post Office.  

2.             The unique code so generated shall be communicated to CEPT Mysore by instant cash, UAE.

3.          CEPT, Mysore shall send a unique code pertaining to each circle/Region to the respective circles.

4.               Circle Office will arrange to communicate the Unique code to each Region.

            

            5.            Each Region shall communicate the same to the concerned eMO Post Offices.  

6.      Each Post Office shall enter unique code in the eMO  / IFS Software and fetch the money order (Value of Re. 1).

7.       Each Post Office should download which is meant for their Post Office only.

8.         The  M.O.  shall be paid to the Postmaster of the concerned eMO  Post Office  who inturn will credit the amount in UCR

9.         All the M.Os should be paid and the status should be updated to PAID in eMO software  (Run the eMO Communication).

10.       In case any problem, Post Office should get in touch with IFS Help Desk in CEPT, Mysore (0821-2441010)  or  (ifshelpdesk@indiapost.gov.in)

11.  All the Postmaster/Sub Postmasters are here by directed to contact the Divisional Office for taking the IFS MO 9 digit number  

             12.       The Post Office should only enter the unique code allotted to it by CEPT, Mysore.   Entering code of any other P.O.  will make the M.O. non payable and will have to be cancelled.
