The copies of SSC Exam 2015 -Parcels Booking Procedure and detailed information are furnished here under
All the PM/SPMs are instructed to follow the procedure.
1. On receipt of the Exam Parcels from the examination centers, observe the clear destination address, Barcode number clearly noted in parcel with marker pen
2. Book the Exam Parcels in BNPL- SpeedPost Bulk ( Integrated Books) in Manual
3. Book the same in the Speed Post BNPL A/c Number 10-481 of SSC EXAM 2015
4. Book the articles to the destination as indicated in the parcel ( by Exam Centers)
5. Close the Speed Post Bags separately for the Exam Parcels to KARIMNAGAR IC HUB only irrespective of the destination location.
6. Prepare the speed post list in duplicate for each bag separately and drop the list in corresponding bag only.
7. Note the number of Parcels booked and no of bags closed on the day and intimate to Divisional Office over phone (08728-222193 / 222196 / 224293 ) or uploading of data in our Blog address: peddapallido.blogspot.in in menu name as : G&BD and in SSC EXAM PARCELS 2015 menu item of concerned office.
